All products offered by used2that are purely digital downloads. No physical goods will be shipped. By completing your purchase, you agree to the following:

  1. Delivery Method

    • Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated download link via email or on‑screen redirect.

    • Links are valid for 7 days or up to 5 download attempts (whichever comes first).

  2. No Shipping Fees

    • There are no shipping charges, handling fees, or customs duties, as no tangible products are delivered.

  3. Non‑Delivery & Technical Issues

    • If you do not receive your download link or experience download failures, contact support within 7 days at support@used2that.com.

    • We will issue a replacement link at no extra cost.

  4. Returns & Exchanges

    • All sales are final. Due to the intangible nature of digital goods, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted except as outlined in our Refund Policy for technical issues.

  5. Incompatibility

    • Ensure that you have the necessary software or hardware (DAW, sampler, plugin, etc.) before purchasing. We are not responsible for incompatibility with your setup.
