By accessing or purchasing from the used2that store (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchase or using our digital products.

1. Digital Product License

All sounds, samples, MIDI files, presets, and other digital products sold on this site are licensed, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content in your own music productions, compositions, and sound design projects.

2. Allowed Uses

You may:

Use the products in commercial or non-commercial music production, beatmaking, or film/game soundtracks.
Release music made with the sounds on streaming platforms, for sale, or as part of placements, provided you comply with any licensing conditions specified in the product description or accompanying text (e.g. split agreements for loop kits).

3. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Re-sell, re-distribute, or re-package any of our digital content.
Upload kits, samples, or MIDI files to marketplaces, YouTube kits, sample websites, or file-sharing services.
Use any loop, melody, or vocal sample in major commercial releases without proper clearance if specified in the product’s licensing terms.

Example: Kits with a 50/50 split clause (e.g. melody loops) require you to contact used2that before using them in commercial placements.

4. Intellectual Property

All content is the intellectual property of used2that and/or its collaborators. Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or claiming ownership of these sounds or compositions will result in legal action.

5. No Warranties

All products are provided “as-is.” We do not guarantee that they will be compatible with every DAW or hardware/software setup. You are responsible for checking formats and system requirements before purchasing.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use or misuse of our products, including but not limited to data loss, software issues, or creative block (lol, seriously).

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the site and its products constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.
